Many flavors compounds and natural extracts are sensitive to oxidation. Existing process to protect flavor are either based on spray drying or extrusion. Spray drying offers limited barrier to oxygen, is liable to dusting and fails to capture the highly volatile compounds responsible for freshness.

Our unique extrusion protection system can overcome many of these issues resulting in a natural product with a 48 months shelf life.
